Planning Council

December 9, 2004

 

President Gnage called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m. in the President’s Conference Room.  Those present were: Connie Dziagwa, Cindy Kelley, Dotty Muir, David Bell, Joe Badgley, Kelli Barton, Pam Braden, Dottie Bibbee, Jack Simpkin, David Cunningham, Paul Daugherty, and Patsy Bee.  Absent were J. B. Skidmore and Curt Fulmer.

 

President Gnage announced that this would be the last Planning Council meeting that would deal with the development of the Strategic Plan.  Once the Plan is finalized today, the Council will then meet to review its progress, and to review future planning.

 

Review Responses

 

Council members reviewed additional comments that have been submitted from employees, and obtained through the Listening Sessions held last month.  Recommendations were made to be added to the final draft of the Plan. 

 

Review of Survey Questions Results

Copies of the Survey Questions Results were distributed for Council members to review.

 

Finalize Plan

 

Council members reviewed final changes for the Strategic Plan.  Patsy Bee will make changes to the document and send out to Planning Council members for review.

 

With no further business to be discussed, the meeting adjourned.
