Since 1963, the WVU at Parkersburg Foundation and community supporters have helped make a good college, great!


Offering scholarships, expanding and enhancing instructional space, encouraging faculty and student projects and supporting campus activities like athletics, travel abroad, and development projects requires financial resources well beyond the revenue  provided by tuition and state support. The WVU at Parkersburg Foundation raises private funds and oversees their investment and management for the benefit of WVU Parkersburg, its students, faculty, staff and community.

Support from the WVU at Parkersburg Foundation enables WVU Parkersburg to continually innovate academically, enhance and expand facilities, and to provide greater access to educational and cultural opportunities. WVU Parkersburg is now West Virginia's largest community college and the fourth largest institution of higher education in the state!
