The Leadership Academy curriculum is a 15-hour program centered around the five themes of Kouzes and Posner’s work in leadership that is described in The Leadership Challenge: 1) Modeling the Way 2) Inspiring a Shared Vision 3) Challenging the Process 4) Enabling Others to Act, and 5) Encouraging the Heart The program also includes a think-tank component that incorporates communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration as key factors for success.
