Summer classes begin June 5 at West Virginia University at Parkersburg.

Two four-week terms and an eight-week session are scheduled on the Parkersburg campus and at the college’s Jackson County Center in Ripley. The first-four week and eight-week summer classes begin June 5. The first four-week session ends June 30 with final exams. The eight-week term concludes July 28. The second four-week classes meet July 3-July 28.

Courses being offered include the following subject areas: accounting, art, biology, chemistry, computer science, criminal justice, drafting, economics, English, general business, geography, history, language arts, management, marketing, mathematics, physical science, political science, psychology, reading, sociology, speech, student development, and welding.
