WVU Parkersburg Earth Club Sponsors America Recycles Day Activity

West Virginia University at Parkersburg's Earth Club is sponsoring an America Recycles Day activity on Tuesday, Nov. 12.
A series of engaging activities will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. in the Caperton Center for Applied Technology.
The activity is free, open to the public and targeted especially for youngsters, aged 8 to 12. All members of Wood County's 4H clubs have been invited to participate
Purpose is to raise awareness, educate and promote recycling, said Bill Douglas, assistant professor of environmental technology.
The activities are being held in conjunction with the fifth annual America Recycles Day which is Nov. 15. The college Earth Club and a class in Environmental Issues in Action are coordinating the campus activities.
