WVU Parkersburg to offer real estate pre-licensure course

The Business, Industry and Development Services Division of West Virginia
University at Parkersburg will offer a Real Estate Pre-Licensure course Feb. 27
through April 18, in the BIDS building on the college campus.
The course is accredited by the West Virginia Real Estate Commission and the Ohio Division of Real Estate.
The 40-hour Principles and Practices will meet Feb. 27, 28, 29, March 5, 6, and 7. Real Estate Law consists of 40 hours and will meet on March 12, 13, 14, 19, 20 and 21. The 20-hour Real Estate Finance will meet March 26, 27 and 28 and the 30-hour Real Estate Appraisal is scheduled April 3, 4, 17 and 18.
The Principles & Practices, Law and Finance sections will meet on Fridays from 6 to 10 p.m.; Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Appraisal section will meet on Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Cost of the course is $550 plus textbook and material fees of $70. Additional information is available by contacting program coordinator Randy Willett, 424-8276.
