WVU Parkersburg nursing student crowned Miss West Virginia USA.

A nursing student at West Virginia University at Parkersburg is the new Miss West Virginia USA.
Twenty-two-year-old Jessica Rae Wedge of Evans was crowned at the annual state pageant held in Flatwoods. A full-time student at WVU Parkersburg, she is pursuing an associate's degree in nursing. She is a pageant veteran and has garnered numerous titles including serving as the 2004 queen of the West Virginia Interstate Fair.
As Miss West Virginia USA 2006, she will represent the state at the annual Miss USA Pageant to be broadcast live on NBC in April.
