West Virginia University at Parkersburg's 35th annual Commencement

Commencement speaker: Emily Lamb, professor of English and Reading

WVU Parkersburg will award a record number of 62 baccalaureate degrees. This represents the most bachelor's degrees the college has conferred at Commencement since the institution began offering baccalaureate degrees in 1991. The Class of 2006 includes 259 members with 108 participating in the ceremony.
