WVU Parkersburg appoints human resources director

WVU Parkersburg names Washington, WV resident as Human Resources Director.

A Washington, WV resident with more than 25 years of personnel management experience is the new human resources director at West Virginia University at Parkersburg.

Peggy Jameson was recently appointed to the human resources position at the Parkersburg campus.

“We are pleased to have someone with Peggy’s expertise joining our management team,” WVU Parkersburg President Marie Foster Gnage said.

She received her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from West Virginia University and her master’s degree in education from Ohio University.

Most recently, Ms. Jameson had served as director of staffing and records in the Human Resources Department at Ohio University since 1996. Prior to that, she worked as a director of human resources in the health care and manufacturing industries.
