WVU author to discuss children book publishing

WV Author Sarah Sullivan will be a guest speaker for a Children's Literature class Tuesday (April 25) at West Virginia University at Parkersburg.

Sullivan, author of "Root Beer and Banana" and "Dear Baby: Letters From Your Big Brother," will meet with students in the Children's Literature course from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. in Room 2536-38. She will discuss book publishing and designing tips during her presentation.

After practicing law for fourteen years, Sarah Sullivan switched gears to fulfill her lifelong dream of becoming a full-time children's book writer. Her debut picture book, "Root Beer and Banana," has won enthusiastic praise.
