West Virginia University at Parkersburg's Student Services Division is hosting "REG ROCKS" at 10 a.m. Monday (April 16) for area high school seniors.

The event is designed for high school seniors who plan to attend WVU Parkersburg in the summer and/or fall. "REG Rocks" is a free opportunity to participate in a series of sessions regarding financial aid, the bookstore, and the learning center.  In addition, students can complete placement testing during the morning's programs.  Students will also meet with an advisor and register for classes.

The event begins at 10 a.m. on Monday, April 16, in the multi-purpose room and will conclude by 1:30 p.m.  

"By participating in "REG ROCKS," high school seniors can complete the registration process and be enrolled for classes," noted Dotty Muir, dean of students.

High school seniors should contact their guidance counselor regarding participating in the program.  Additional information is available by contacting the Student Services office, 424-8209.
