West Virginia University at Parkersburg and The Area Roundtable are co-hosting a Mid-Ohio Valley Economic Summit on Monday (April 28).

Area community and economic representatives have been invited to participate in the session, to be held in the college's Community Room. 

Featured presenter will be Dr. Tom Witt, director of Bureau of Business and Economic Research and professor of economics at West Virginia University.  He will share the results of a new report entitled "Economic Impact of West Virginia University at Parkersburg FY 2007."

Following his presentation, there will be a facilitated discussion on the impact of the Parkersburg campus on the economy of the Mid-Ohio Valley.
