The West Virginia University at Parkersburg Board of Governors will meet Wednesday, August 12, on the college campus.
The 5:45 p.m. board meeting will be held in Rooms 2209-2211 on the second floor of the campus administrative building.
Agenda items include the swearing in of new board members; approval of the 2009-2010 institutional budget, and approval of an agreement between the college and the WVU at Parkersburg Foundation, Inc.
The meeting is open to the public.
