WVU Parkersburg's 22nd annual American Sampler craft show is Nov. 17, 2010.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

The 22nd annual American Sampler will be held Wednesday, Nov. 17, at West Virginia University at Parkersburg.

Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the college's Multi-Purpose Room. 

Admission to the Sampler craft showcase is free.  Craft items will include a variety of hand-made and hand-crafted items from wooden utensils to jewelry and handbags.

The show features crafts by WVU Parkersburg students, faculty and staff as well as the handiwork of regional crafters.  Several commercial vendors are also participating.  Concessions, a "white elephant sale" and various bake sales will be a part of the sampler.

Proceeds benefit the college's Staff Council activities.

Spaces are still available.  Information regarding the show or reserving table space may be obtained by contacting Sampler coordinator Pat Mollohan at the college, 304-424-8208.
