New PTK Inductees.  Twenty-six West Virginia University at Parkersburg students are new inductees into the college's Phi Theta Kappa chapter following recent ceremonies.  They include (front row, left to right) Christina Rine of Sistersville; Jennifer Cochran of Vienna; Angie White of Parkersburg; Carey Blackhurst of Ravenswood; Brenda Dickson of Washington; Meryl Walker of Williamstown, and Bill Minear of Vienna; (back row, left to right) Rick Miller of Parkersburg; Michael Valentine of Harrisville; John McClung of Belpre; Kevin Deem of Belpre; Janet Medina of Parkersburg and Vicki Underwood of Washington. PTK is the international honor society serving two-year colleges.  Membership is based primarily upon academic achievement.
