Ohio Tuition Reciprocity Information
If you live in the state of Ohio, you may be eligible to attend West Virginia University at Parkersburg at in-state tuition rates.
To be eligible, you must declare one of the following majors (and you must be taking classes toward that degree) and you must meet the applicable guidelines as outlined below:
For these Baccalaureate degrees:
Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education
Bachelor of Applied Technology
Regents Bachelor of Arts
Multi-disciplinary Studies
You must:
be a resident of Ohio
be fully admitted to West Virginia University at Parkersburg
have received full admission to the program
be in good academic standing (GPA of 2.0 or above)
complete an application for in-state tuition before the beginning of the semester (available from the Student Welcome Center)

Board of Governors
Industrial Maintenance Technology
Multicraft Technician
Surgical Technology Certificate Program
Technical Studies
Welding
You must:
be a resident of Ohio
be fully admitted to West Virginia University at Parkersburg
be in good academic standing (GPA of 2.0 or above)
(note: Surgical Tech majors must also have received full admission to the program)
complete an application for in-state tuition before the beginning of the semester (available from the Student Welcome Center)
