Programs and Degrees Available at JCC:

 

The Jackson County Center offers the following programs:

 

You can complete the following degree programs at JCC:  

 

Associate in Arts - transfer degree. This is appropriate for students who wish to transfer to a 4-year degree program at another college.

Associate in Science - 1st 2 years of WVU-P's Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Associate in Applied Science (2-year technical degree) in:

Board of Governors

Business Technology

Criminal Justice  

Regents Bachelor of Arts degree

 

You can begin your studies in the following areas:

Associate in Applied Science - Nursing (R.N. program) - All pre-requisite courses required to apply for nursing degree are available at the JCC. Once admitted to the nursing program, students will complete their coursework and clinical experiences at the Parkersburg campus.

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - All general education and business core courses. Additionally, selected upper-division requirements are available. Most BSBA courses are taught at night at the JCC.

Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education. Students may complete the first two years of coursework toward the BA in Elementary Ed at JCC. Many students complete their student teaching assignments at Jackson County schools at the end of their programs.
