Purchasing Department
Information pertaining to the disposal of
surplus property can be found in the Purchasing Handbook. From time to
time, West Virginia University at Parkersburg's Purchasing Department holds
sealed bids to dispose of surplus property. Information regarding
these bids will be posted in this and in legal ads of the local newspaper.

Abbreviated Advertisement for Public Auction
West Virginia
University at Parkersburg will be holding an auction for surplus property at the
WT Grant Building, 709 Market Street, Parkersburg WV, on September 18th
from 8 am till Noon. Auction is open to the public. Auctioneer will be Woody
Ireland. A complete list of items can be found on the bid board outside of the
Purchasing Office at WVU-P main campus. Questions regarding items to be sold
should be directed to Kevin Offenberger at 304-424-8324. All items are sold as
is, and all sales are final. All items must be removed from the Market St.
location on the day of the sale. Cash or
check will be the only method of payment accepted.
