West Virginia University at Parkersburg is working with the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) to offer introductory continuing education courses in community preparedness. The training modules are delivered in a convenient online format using Blackboard. UPMC has made the content available on the Kirkwood Community College server--when you click the "Log in" button below, you will be directed to the Kirkwood site.
