Procedures for hiring new advisors in the Advising Center:

1. Email sent to all faculty
2. Faculty return completed application by deadline with three references
3. References checked by Advising Center staff 4. Interview scheduled with applicant and Advising Center staff
5. Applicant information sent to Vice President of Student Services and Executive Vice President of Academic Affairs
6. Hiring decision is made
