This training is designed to provide HR professionals with an overview on new challenges facing HR departments today, and give tools to help deal with them. In this training, you will learn:

• How to best plan and implement “dual modality” trainings and presentations at a time when more and more employees are engaged in remote work.
• The latest trends and best practices regarding sexual harassment suits, including class action litigation and teach the latest investigative techniques to ensure the best legal protection.
• Unique approaches to common investigative methods used when faced with workplace complaints.
• Details concerning the latest human resources issues impacting employers around the country.
• Guidance for how to deal with the increase in employee on-the-job social, political, and economic advocacy and how to minimize exposure to potential negative consequences

This course is $100 per person. Businesses sending multiple employees for training will receive a 10% discount.

A minimum of 8 students must be registered to run the class. Registration Deadline: August 25, 2022.
