Board of Governors

The West Virginia University at Parkersburg Board of Governors is the governing body at WVU Parkersburg. The Board of Governors consists of twelve members: nine lay members, one member of the institutional classified employees, one full-time faculty member with the rank of instructor or above and one member of the student body, enrolled for college credit and elected by the student body. It is the mission of the Board of Governors to maintain general supervision and control over the academic and business affairs of the institution.
