The Professional Studies Division is committed to providing job-ready programs at the certificate, associate and bachelor degree levels. Courses are offered in a variety of formats including traditional face-to-face, hybrid and online. Graduates will be prepared to enter the workforce with skills that match area employers’ goals. Career ladders are provided in business administration, business technology, criminal justice, child development, agriculture, and elementary education.

LEARN MOREDr. Bobbi Marshall joined WVU Parkersburg in 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Oklahoma Christian University of Science and Arts with a minor in Early Childhood, a Master of Arts in Education and Human Development with an emphasis in Early Childhood Special Education from The George Washington University and a Doctor of Education in Special Education from Northcentral University. She has over 30 years of experience working in the public and private sectors, as well as 14 years of experience in higher education.
